Brief Answer:
The p24 test is conclusive after 30 days

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks or writing back with an update

1. The tests are conclusive because you have done p24 testing which is highly specific for HIV 1 infection after 30 days.

2. After 3 months the p24 test is conclusive for HIV 1 infection.

3. You had your clothes on and therefore the risk is low. Clothing is a barrier to the transmission of HIV infection. The routes of infection with HIV are the following.
(i) Through unprotected sexual intercourse or contact with open cut wounds with a HIV infected person which permits the mixing of body fluids
(ii) By contamination during blood transfusion and sharing of needle with HIV infected person
(iii) From the HIV infected mother to the unborn baby

In your case there is no suggestion of sexual intercourse and it is not possible for the HIV infection to be transmitted through clothing and enter your system after groping your penis.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
