Is Negative HIV Test After 1 Year Of Exposure Conclusive?

Question: Hi sir 5 years back (2011 march) am doing sex with condom.after 3 weeks I get rashes on my penis glans.i consult doctor he treated well.after one year I can do HIV test it is negative am not doing sex again in this 5 years.right now XXXXXXX 26-2015 again HIV test negative.in September 2015 I got rashes on my penis glans on same spot.what is the reason?? Doctor says don't worry .it is fungal infection called monoliaais.right now am ok.can I go for HIV test again.what is the reason it comes again.am fear about this.i used lsdew soap and hh zole cream and dicloxacillin,Oregon 150,norflx 400
Am fear about this.because it occurs second time.can I go for HIV test???

The chances of HIV transmission by unprotected intercourse is very low. Moreover the tests have come negative repeatedly.
The symptoms may be due to fungal infection as diagnosed by your doctor. It is known for recurrence. Recurrence does not suggest HIV.You are free from HIV.
So allay fears of HIV.
Wear loose cotton inner wears. Clean the area with warm water twice daily. Apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole (candid) when lesions present.

I use condom but I dnt know it is broken.my doubt is why this penis glans rashes reoccur this long period.am doing sex using condom past 5 years.does this reoccurence chance to get HIV?? am fear about this.plz conform sir am free for HIV?? becoz am going marriage this march.am engaged.thats why am worry about this.my HIV negative this time means am free for that virus???.some one told HIV sypmtons shows after 5 years?? is it real

If there is no further sexual risk exposure after that episode, there is no chance of HIV .You can allay fears of HIV.There is no need of HIV tests.
The chances of HPV is also almost nil.I do not see any need for any STDs tests now.

Thank U sir.right now my stress is decreased.am fear about this repeated symptoms turn into HIV.i read in internet repeated symptoms may cause HIV?? Is it TRUE sir.plz sir I hav one doubt.how can I know I hav hpv symptoms.

If a person is Infected with HIV, he may manifest with repeated infections. Just repeated infections do not suggest HIV.HIV is diagnosed by blood test.
You need not worry of HIV.
Hpv in males is asymptomatic. Females are more affected than males. It may manifest with warts.
