My Wife is 36 week old pregnant. Scanning showed that single loop of cord around neck. Wants to know the chances of Normal delivery.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Normal delivery is very well possible with a single loop of cord around the fetal neck, however the chances of prolonged labour, fetal distress and inability of fetus to come down normally in the birth canal, all leading to emergency caesarean section are always there while trial of normal labour.
