Question : I'm a 26 year old female.
I have a septate hymen.
IS normalm sex possible with such condition without any surgery?

It depends upon the lumen of the vaginal canal on each side of the septa.
If the lumen is narrow, then septal resection needs to be done to have normal intercourse.
