Brief Answer:
saline nasal spray, avoid nasal picking

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
How is the weather at your place, is it hot.

Nosebleeds are very common. Most nosebleeds occur because of minor irritations or colds. The lining of the nose is more likely to become dry and irritated from low humidity, allergies, colds, or sinusitis. Thus, nosebleeds occur more frequently in the winter when viruses are common and heated indoor air dries out the nostrils.
Sit up straight and lean slightly forward.Lean your head forward. Pinch the nostrils together and apply direct pressure with the thumb and index finger for approximately 10 minutes.
Once the bleeding has stopped, try to prevent any further irritation to the nose, such as sneezing, nose blowing, or straining. Avoid sleeping straight under the fan, avoid nose picking. You can keep your nostrils by using saline nasal spray.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
