Brief Answer:
Double marker test advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX your nuchal thickness is increased and thus you are high risk for down's syndrome in your baby which is a chromosomal abnormalitity and thus needs further evaluation.
Get a double marker blood test as soon as possible and then we can corelate the reports and quantitate the risk.
It is something which needs urgent evaluation and cannot be taken lightly as down's syndrome babies have multiple congenital abnormalities and mental retardation.
So get the blood test and then we can discuss the reports.

At 3.4 its only 5% chance the baby has any abnormalities.

Brief Answer:
High value for your age

Detailed Answer:
No dear, chances increase with increasing age.
This 5% chance you are talking about is in women less than 30 years of age.
You are 36 years in age and the NT measurement is 3.4 which is way more than 2.8 (normal value of NT at this gestation).
So you are at high risk of carrying a down's syndrome affected baby.
Get double marker test at the earliest.
