Hello,

You need a further evaluation of your shoulder injury to rule out the cause of numbness.

Kindly get a x-ray shoulder joint AP and lateral view done and consult an orthopedist personally for evaluation as physical examination will be required to understand the cause of numbness.

Also get your blood sugar levels (HbA1C) if you are not a diabetic.
