Brief Answer:
almost similar

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query.

Nexium is a brand name which contains salt esomeprazole. It is the S-enantiomer of omeprazole. It was developed to improve the efficacy but whether it really has better efficacy than omeprazole is controversial. Cost wise omeprazole is much more economical and there is no real advantage of using nexium over omeprazole for most of patients.

Brief Answer:
MTX should be started carefully

Detailed Answer:
Methotrexate is a medicine that can be taken only after advice and as per instructions of a qualified doctor. Also before starting this medicine an accurate diagnosis plus assesment of disease activity status has to be done. If the diagnosis has been made of an inflammatory arthritis requiring disease modifying treatment then possibly Methotrexate can be started by your GP also depending upon the region specific guidelines.
