Question : my boyfriend has newly diagnosed PBC and is taking ursodiol. Is it okay for me to perform oral sex on him if he is taking this drug? he is also taking ranitidine. We use condoms but once in a blue moon they do break and I worry about bodily fluids. What are your thoughts?

PBC is not contagious in any way. So it has nothing to do with oral sex or any other contact. This makes oral intercourse safety similar to the time when he didnt have PBC.
Also drug which he takes do not affect body fluids and do not change any oral sex risk.
