Thanks doctor for your reply you also please advice that we both are cleaning our private parts before and after oral sex(only soap wash) & mouth (with tooth paste), we are not swallowing any of the fluids. Even I'm not touching the anal part of my wife, we can continue in this way or still we require any attention.
One more thing accidentally if we swallow the fluids what will happen.
Please advice.

Do not over use soaps.Use gentle soaps or cleansers.
Some fluid swallowed cannot be prevented and will not harm as long as both do not have multiple partners.
