Question : I have inadvertently taken two 50mg tablets of Naltrexone. I normally have to take one 50mg tablet.
Is there any risk with the overdose?

Naltrexone is a pure antagonists for opioid .
You took 100 mg orally but according to you dose was 50 mg but this is not a cause of concern .
normal dose is also 100 -150 mg .
Tolerance of agonistic actions ,physical dependence carries on chronic use ( not in high dosage ) but it does not cause psychological dependence :carries no abuse liabilities.
So in your case not a cause of concern ( no risk).
