Question : My son is on adderall and takes 10mg every morning. This morning he got up and took 3 pills equalling 30 mg on his own. What should I do?

If your son is more than 15 kg or above there is no need to do anything as it falls in the recommended dose range and there will be no toxic effects on his body. Only make sure that this is not repeated again.

If your son is less than 15 kg let me know the problems he is facing after taking the three dosage of 10 mg.

I like to assure you that Adderal have moderate therapeutic index which means it is not highly toxic even at higher dosage.
