Question : Hi.. I think i have genital herfes for the first time.. And this is so painful when im pooping .. Feels like glasses are in my butt.. Or so many niddles Are in my butt... I thought this is hemmoroid.. But this is weird that I couldn't poop at the same time with the first outbreak herpes.. So is it possible hard to poop even bleeding.. when i have genital herpes??

First outbreak of genital herpes can be very symptomatic and patients can have lot of pain while urinating and defecating.

I suggest an oral antiviral e.g Valacyclovir 1gm, 3x daily for a week. It would take about a week to heal on medication. Without medication it might take 3-4 weeks to heal.
