Question: Does this look like Herpes 2? I tested positive IM 1.5 I know I have Herp 1. I tested IG negative herpes 2 2 weeks . the pain started right after vaginal sex.

Positive Ig M is probably related to Herpes simplex virus 1 which is a very common virus.
When IgG is negative chances are that you don't have herpes simplex 2.
If you need further confirmation you can have a repeat test IgG only,3-4 months after the intercourse.
The pain that you have is probably related to minor trauma in the area.
If you do have other symptoms you should see your doctor for a physical examination.
