Brief Answer:
Brachial neuritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Brachial neuropathy causes severe pain in same side arm, hand, forearm and chest. The exact site of pain depends upon nerve root involvement. In case of C4 to C6, pain occurs in chest shoulder. In case of C72 D2, pain occurs in forearm and hand.

In your case, the pain in left breast could be due to brachial neuropathy if involved nerve roots are C4 to C6. It can be confirmed by
: Nerve conduction velocity
: MRI of left shoulder and neck
: nerve biopsy

You can consult your treating doctor about these investigations and confirm the diagnosis. You can message me the reports. It will help me in finding the diagnosis and I will be able to treat you. Kindly answer me few questions to reach onto some conclusion
: Are you a diabetic?
: Is your pain current like, radiating, sharp shooting?
: Duration of symptoms?
: any history of injury same side shoulder or neck?
: Any functional deficit in upper limb?
: any tingling, numbness in same side limb?
Hope you will understand my point.

Thanks. Take care. If any doubt, do let me know. I will try my best to help you.
