Brief Answer:

Can be fasciitis or inflammation.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The pain in the feet that you have can be related to stress and low levels of calcium. Plantar fasciitis also needs to be ruled out.

If you get a short term relief with icing then mild inflammation is also likely. Taking mild pain killers and application of local analgesic gel can help.

You can also learn some stretching exercises and massage to improve the blood circulation in the area and to help with the pain.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
