Brief Answer:
Cough can cause these symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Azithromycin and benzonanate are not going to cause such pain.
Probably you have got this pain as a result of coughing. Excessive coughing causes pain in groin areas as a result of muscular pain.
I suppose you should continue the course of Medicines you have been given. Once your cough will settle, this pain will also get settled in a few days.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
