Brief Answer:
Does not look to be a problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your shoulder pain seems to be muscular after lifting your granddaughter.
The pain which could have occurred by iv line is the place where it was inserted and not that above. And as the angio was done through femoral route that also does not seem to cause that problem.
So you can see a orthopedics doctor who can better evaluate and see why the pain is due to.
Their does not seem to be a problem by the angio or through the iv access.
Thanks and take care
