Brief Answer:
ER for clinical evaluation and investigations

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Pain on right side of abdomen which worsens on movement along with other problems as you have mentioned about Warfarin and so on indicate an urgent need to have investigations to know the exact cause.
Also needed is to review the INR/Prothrombin time and other tests.
Ultrasonography and/or CT scan of abdomen along with clinical evaluation by your Doctor, preferably a General Surgeon would help to get an exact cause.

Pain on movement is the deciding factor.
If required visit the ER asap.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please give feedback once a clinical evaluation and investigations are done.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
