Brief Answer:
Possibility of renal or ureteric stone
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Thanks for writing back,
From the details you have provided, it seems likely to be due to kidney or ureteric stones. I would suggest it best for you to consult with an urologist in your local area for further management. Meanwhile, kindly do the following:
- Drink plenty of fluids. It may help to flush out the stones if small.
- Take a urine examination to look for microscopic bleeding or presence of casts.
- Can consider taking analgesics like T. ULTRACET twice daily for pain management till further action is taken.
I hope this helps,
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards
