Brief Answer:
please see details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear madam.

If pain is precipitated, increased, decreased or changed by movement of finger, it is likely to be local pain unrelated to heart. A pain from heart may occur in finger alone but after so many hours a heart pain will either subside or it will have other accompaniments like breathlessness, sweating, pain at other sites etc.

If there is associated breathlessness, chest heaviness or other bothersome symptoms, do visit your doctor. Even a simple ECG will help in such a long duration of pain.

Feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
