Brief Answer:
Check for urinary tract infection, fasting blood sugar to exclude diabetes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

It is important to know if you had any recent history of unprotected sexual intercourse or not. These symptoms are compatible however with a sexually transmitted infection ans well as a purely urinary tract infection. Ding a urine exam and culture should be done to exclude an infection. A quick urine analysis to check or leucocytes and nitrites could indicate a urinary tract infection if present and immediate placement on antibiotics. Drinking lots of fluids could helpful.

A change in climate and drinking happy could explain too much peeing. I suggest you also do a fasting blood sugar to exclude diabetes.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.

Brief Answer:
Empirical treatment after sample collection for lab work

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

I suggest you get a complete screen for sexually transmitted infections . Testing for Chlamydia, syphillis, hepatitis b, HIV, Mycoplasma could be helpful. A urine culture remains important as well as a urethral swab.

500mg if cetriazone and 200mg daily doses of Doxycycline as empirical therapy after sample collection could be helpful.

Thanks and kind regards,

Thank you,
Im really scared i may have it :(

what is the cetriazone and doxycycline for?

once the tingle stops and the little burn/bite feel on the outside does that mean it was a break out?

Also would it be from peeing alot just make it tingle at the very end of penis?
