Is Penile Discharge Post Intercourse A Symptom Of HIV?

i had sex with prostitue in bangkok on 2/9/2015 . While intercourse my condom was tear , i realised and taken out by 5 secs. then i checked with the doctor for quries after coming to XXXXXXX he told nothing issue. but at 64th day i have been treated for my penile discharge which is yellowish . Doctor told it is gonorrehea. at 70th day i have been tested for hiv1&2 , hepataitis and spylics all came negative. Then again i had retested for hiv1&2 as well as vdrl at 104th day which also came non reactive. Then i had a normal life with my family after having sex with my wife on 15/01/2016 again i had whitish penile discharge again we both have been treated for that. then again it was normal.
Now from 28/3/16 i am having white discharge from my penile . When i consulted my doctor on 19/4/2016 he asked to do urine culture test. Now my question is
1. Why this test?
2. Is it a symptom of HIV?
3. I am getting HIV?
Gonorrhea is possible again.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Gonorrhea is again possible from your recent symptoms.
1. The test given now is for identifying any causative bacteria including gonorrhea.
2 & 3. HIV can have different symptoms. Penile discharge is one of symptom of HIV but not only specific for HIV. Most likely you are free from HIV as you have tested negative twice. Better to take a HIV Duo test again to rule it out 100%. HIV can have an incubation period till 6 months. So taking HIV Duo test now will give a 100 % sure result.
Chlamydia and syphilis also should be tested.
Gonorrhea has a lot of drug resistant cases recently. Culture and sensitivity test will help to give most sensitive antibiotics. Single dose of ceftriaxone followed by 1 week doxycycline will be helpful to clear if it is that. And if positive your partner also should be treated.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Dont mistake me , out of curiosity i am asking.
If it is antigen test you have done then it is enough.

Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
If it is antigen test that you have done after 3 months then it is enough. Most of the labs usually do Hiv 1 and 2 antibodies test. In such case repeating the test after 6 months is recommended to get a 100 % sure result.

I never got such cases. But there are recorded rare few cases. So better to get a test again to be on safe side.
