Is Penis Covered With Foreskin Till The Tip Normal In An Infant?

Question: Doctor
My son is 6 years 3 months old and his penis is covered with foreskin upto the tip , only there is the hole visible for urinating. Can it be treated by medicine or ointments or it has to be corrected by surgery by cutting the foreskin by a bit. What is the age till when it should be done . I have read many articles which say that it (the foreskin) should never be forcefully retracted and might naturally retract at the age of even 15 . Please guide

1.urinary stream is ok as per my idea.
2.the skin doesnt bulge out while passing urine , we can just see the hole through which urine passes and completely covered to the tip by skin. If it bulges out im not completely sure as i do not understand it properly
3.no urinary tract infection
4. My penis when fully erect is a bit curved but not fully like cant say if it is normal . Slight curved it is though my wife says it is normal
5. No difficulty in passing urine
My son comes frm school in the evening if you want i can send a picture of his penis
Thanks & Regards

Have uploaded 4 pics and the first one is showing the tip with skin retracted by my hand
Brief Answer:
This is normal - do not worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi....
This is a normal finding. The last image in which the child is passing urine rules out any obstruction or need for surgery.
The first image where you have shown the glans penis with retraction is also another evidence that he doesn't need circumcision.
You need not worry about this.
