Its not possible to for the penis to get enlarged with the help of medications or any techniques.

In children, if there is hormone deficiency and that is the cause for smaller penis. Treating the child which such hormones may show improvement.

Also a mechanical device called Penis enlarger pump is known to show some improvement. Its said its worth trying.
