Brief Answer:

Kindly refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that felling irregular or fast heartbeat or palpitations can commonly happen because of anxiety disorder, stress or emotional changes but can be indicative of underlying heart disease as well.

If your Holter is saying only a few ectopic beats that generally it doesn’t require any treatment or you can try any anxiolytics taking your treating physician to advise.

Kindly upload the reports from your dashboard and let me know if you have any other medical illness so that I can assist you.

Kindly revert with your required information.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Brief Answer:

Hello Again

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your reports are all fine and you don’t need any medicine for this.

Do work on your stress level by doing meditation and anxiolytics because stress levels trigger atrial ectopic beats.

If symptoms don’t go away then consult a psychologist for counseling therapy or a psychiatrist for written prescriptions for anxiety disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
