Question : Is it normal for a mole to have a zit grow in it?

Hello,
I have reviewed your photo.
It is not unusual for a mole to get a pimple in it. Use warm compresses on it but do not squeeze it. Squeezing pimples can spread infection into the blood stream. Pimples usually resolve on their own. Warm moist compresses can help them open up and drain. You can also use a product like benzoyl peroxide which is in many over the counter acne treatments on it.
