Question : Few years ago in CT scan it was found that I have pleural thickening on the left side. Although I do not have any breathing isuues or any particular discomfort, but when I take a deep full breath I do feel tightness in the left side. As I have mentioned below I had TB many years ago. Is this due to the TB and can it turn into something serious? What do you suggest me do for remediation?

After going through the medical query I can understand your concern for your health. In general the breathing discomfort could mainly be due to either cardiac/heart problem or due to any present or past lung disease.

Before proceeding for that I would like to ask following things to you
1. What’s your age group
2. Smoking habits
3. Any other medical problem apart from previous TB.
4. Is there any increase in breathing problem over last couple of months?
5. When do you feel this breathing issues?
