poor focus not due to brain tumor

Thanks for contacting HCM

You have recently seen you eye doctor for you annual eye exam During the exam you noticed your vision was not steady. This is not a sign or symptoms of a brain tumor. This is more likely seen with people with myopia or near sightedness. When in the dark room your eyes are dilated to it XXXXXXX and then you have to look at a bright screen to read the letters. Your brain and eyes are trying to focus and the pupil is having a hard time getting the right amount of light into the eye.

I can reassure you that you do not have a brain tumor. There are actually very few symptoms associated with brain tumors but seizures are the most frequent presenting symptoms.
