Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. Possetting after feeds is usually due to gastro oesophageal reflux in early infancy. Your baby's weight is normal for his age and suggests that it needs no treatment at present. Most babies (upto 90%) improve by the time they start sitting. So, hopefully he will improve by 6-7 months of age.

Etazyme won't help him. So you may stop it. Just ensure on demand feeds and proper burping in between and after feeds. Keep baby in slightly head end up position while lying in crib.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
