Question: Good morning

My blood sugar level 3 & half hour after meal is 104 .
Is this normal reading ?

That blood sugar level is very good and within normal limits.

Just measure it once in a while if you are concerned about having diabetes, if you are overweight and if you have family history.
If any of values comes suspicious (over 126 fasting), then consider doing the test 2 hours after a meal, and to evaluate it for 3 months do HbA1C.

I tested it today in the morning (fasting) was 79 & post meal is 104 .
My dad had diabetes at his 60s & i am 37 . I lost my extra weight & always exercising .
I measure it as i am always anexious about my health .
So am ifine & nothing to worry about ??

Sure you may:

Values under 140 are considered normal when you are 3 hours after meal.
If you are more then 8 hours fasting then they should be between 75-110.
