Normally breathing techniques like pranayama, Bastrika improves lung capacity and tidal volume of lung,So lung expansion is high which leads to adequate oxygen to tissue level.
Lack of oxygen to tissue level is known as Hypoxia, which can be caused by various diseases and poisoning.
