Question : Dear Doctor
I'm a 29 year old male. I have experienced that a good amount of pre cum comes out while I'm aroused and masturbating. Even when I stop it , the pre cum still lasts for sometime.
it starts coming out as soon as I get an erection. I'm afraid it might affect my sex life as I'm about to get married. Please suggest some solution to it .

Many of young men like you have some concern about sex life just before marriage. Pre cum is fluid from couper's glands which helps in lubrication. When you will go for sex after marriage there will be some friction between vaginal wall and penis. This pre cum will help to prevent friction and pain and you can go smoothly for intercourse. You just need not to worry about it. It is a normal thing rather than advantage.
