                                    Brief Answer:
Get one of the twins aborted.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You already have multiple problems and come under a high risk case. Having twins further adds to the problem, can aggravate pregnancy induced hypertension and diabetes. The twins are difficult to carry till full term.
It is better to abort one twin out of the two if it is possible. You can discuss this option with your gynecologist.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Can have a baby.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Being high risk means you are more at risk of having problems during pregnancy. But with expert medical care you can plan to have a baby but not twins as it will increase the risk many fold.
Hope my answer is helpful.
