Question : I had my intercourse the day my periods finished.....I got a small stain after 10 days....wat does it mean.....can lemon juice n orange juice help??...

                                    Brief Answer:
Not a cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query. Let me assure you that only the 10th to 18th day of the cycle counts in fertile period. Having unprotected intercourse outside this zone would not give you pregnancy. The mild staining after 10 days is not a cause for concern.
What do you want to take lemon juice or orange juice for? Is it to ensure general health and hydration? If so, it is ok. Otherwise, no intervention is needed anyway.
Feel free to write back.
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Yes, you would not get pregnant if you have unprotected sex a day after your periods. The dark brown stains do not mean anything. Suspicion of pregnancy would have arisen if you missed a period.
No precautions needed. However, the natural cycle method will not protect you from sexually transmitted diseases (applicable only if any one of you two ever had sex other than between yourselves).

                                    Brief Answer:
Amenorrhea, not spotting - sign of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Spotting is not a sign of pregnancy. Not getting periods is the sign of pregnancy. Spotting in pregnancy may indicate some risk of miscarriage but that is a different issue altogether (not relevant in this case).
