Question : I had an unprotected intecource with my husband 20th Dec by 2 pm and I'm 7 days from my periods (scheduled on 27th or 28) if I take take unwanted 72 tomorrow 22nd Dec will I be safe?
Some sources said that closer the periods more is the risk...
Please suggest....
And will the unwanted pregnancy avoided by unwanted 72?
What are the risk (I mean in future)?
How do I come to know that I'm safe?
Any fruits that you would like to suggest... Like papya etc.

Taking unwanted 72 within 48 hours of unprotected sex will decrease the chances of pregnancy by 95%.
It can cause some irregular bleeding in next few days and your current period can be delayed by a week. There are no long term side effects.
When your normal period comes you will know that you are safe or do a pregnancy test after 5th XXXXXXX to rule out pregnancy.
Taking any fruits will not help much. It is better to take the tablet.

There is a small change in the dates, my dates is on 26th (periods) does the risk increases?
