Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I pill is an emergency contraceptive pill.
It is effective in preventing pregnancy in 94-95% cases, if taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
Since it is not effective in 100% cases, therefore pregnancy can occur even after taking it.
However, there is no harm to the fetus if the pregnancy is continued after taking it.
