Question : M taking cycloreg medicine if i do unprotected sex and the sperm remains inside only will I get pregnant

Cycloreg contains norethindrone and usually used as a oral contraceptive pill.
So during unprotected sex,it may not cause pregnancy but you have to take it as a regular contraceptive pill without any gap.
