Question : I was on deviry medication for a 5 days to regularise my period.I finished my last dose day before yesterday. I had unprotected sex. Can I get pregnant? Do I need to take an I-pill n take deviry again for 5 days?

Hello dear, thanks for trusting us with your health concerns
Yes you can still be pregnant even after deviry intake but that depends on your last menstrual cycle and your usual period length.
In case you have irregular periods then ovulation is also always erratic so emergency pill intake is a must

i have attached the Sonography report conducted on 11/03/2017.

Also i have not got my periods for 8 months.
My prolactin levels- a year ago were 81.
FSH: 3.43
LH: 16.27
T3- 91.73
T4: 6.58
TSH: 1.26

The doctor is considering sending me for an MRI to check for prolactinoma.

Will the Ipill complicate the diagnosis?

There is no sonography report attached.
Emergency pill will not interfere with the prolactin levels but MRI is not needed for levels below 100 as prolactinomas are unlikely below this level
So in general nothing to worry about pill intake
