Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I pill is effective only if taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
If taken after 72 hours of unprotected intercourse, its efficacy in preventing pregnancy is not good.
So, the chances of pregnancy are there if pill is taken after the said time.
