Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking I-pill?

Question: I had my regular periods in the beginning of this month.. lasted till 5th of December.. had unprotected sex on 8th.. within a hour i took an Ipill.. I just took one ipill.. is it enough to prevent pregnancy? but today on 12th December im having periods? spotting .. its not heavy though.. are there any chances of pregnancy?
