Brief Answer:
Delay in periods is due to pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You have taken too many self medications without a proper consultation by a gynecologist or proper diagnosis. If the preganews strip shows a positive result it means you are pregnant. Taking sysron will not bring the periods. You can continue with the pregnancy and take proper supportive treatment by your gynecologist after getting few basic tests done.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Dear madam,

Preganews result may be false as it is done by taking urine sample in a cup.
And also there is i-pill taken on time.
We dont need pregnancy right know. Its not possible for us to continue pregnancy.
So plz give the name of medicine to induce periods or abort it. As its only 4-5 of delaying periods.
Plz advice which medicine should be taken for inducing periods. MTpill can be take or any other tablet plz reply soon.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Do a repeat urine test to confirm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Preganews is 97% accurate. Even if you take I-pill on time, it does not provide 100% protection. You can repeat the urine test to confirm the pregnancy.
If you do not wish to continue pregnancy then you can get abortion pills prescribed from your gynecologist. It is life threatening to try and abort the pregnancy on your own.
It is essential to have the pregnancy confirmed by a gynecologist .
It must be exactly dated too.
Next, medical abortion pills are to be taken as per prescription and correct schedule that your doctor explains to you.
I can explain the general protocol to you, but again, taking them without consulting a doctor is not just illegal, but potentially life threatening.
Generally, 1 tablet of Mifepristone is taken orally.
24 hours later, 2 tablets of 200 mcg Cytotec are taken orally or vaginally followed by 2 more such tablets another 24 hours later.
After this procedure, bleeding and cramping might start within 24 - 48 hours, and continue for upto 2 - 3 weeks.
It is also vital to have a follow up ultrasound scan to check that the abortion pills worked and the uterus is empty, after 15 days of taking the tablets.
Failing to take these precautions , there are risks such as - infection, uncontrolled bleeding, retained products, undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy etc.
And if these steps are followed, the pills work in more than 95 % of cases.

Hope my answer is helpful.
