Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan-B?

Question: Me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex the other night super late at night. I pulled out before i ejaculated and had her take the plan B pill first thing in the morning. I dont know much about plan B, so i was curious on how effective it is. Thank you
