Question : I had unprotected sex on Friday night and took the plan B one step pill Saturday around noon. I'm fairly certain I ovulated a day or two earlier. Could I be pregnant? I have an appointment next Thursday with my OB/GYN but I am freaking out. According to my period tracker, my period isn't due until September 13th.

One of my main issues was i was told I had strep throat and was given a shot of Bicillin on Wednesday. Could that interfere with the Plan B One Step pill?
