Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postella-1?

Question: Hi I am a mother of 3 year old. i had a sex where the condom broke on sep 18 immediately after 3 hours i took postella contraceptive tablet and due to fear i took 2 more tablets on september 19 and sep 20 . so total of 3 tablets within 4 days. my period cycle is 26days . i got my periods exactly on the scheduled date sep 29 but the bleeding( with clots flow for 3 days was a normal as before) was for 3 days normally I have for 6 to 7 days including spotting. again in october I got my period as scheduled on 25th oct again bleeding for 3days. i stil feel heart beat above belly button. i took up many home pregancy test it tested negative. had been to doctor on october 23rd and he said no pregancy. is this the side effect of overdose of tablet. i have no other side effect other than heart beat above belly button some times.
