Brief Answer:
emergency contraception

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
As she has rightly taken the emergency contraceptive pill, postpone 72 within 72 hrs of the intercourse, so there are 99% chances that she would not get pregnant. the withdrawal bleeding should be expected only after 5-7 days post taking the pill, so you need to wait for another 5 days at least before bleeding shall start and once the bleeding starts it shall indirectly confirm that she is pregnancy safe.

If you intend a documentary proof then she can get her serum beta hcg levels done after a week from today. If the hcg levels are less than 3mIU, then she is not pregnant conclusively.
I hope i have answered your query in detail,
Wishing you safe sexual practices,
Regards
