Brief Answer:
Wait and watch for her period.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for detailed information.
I pill may cause delayed menses due to hormonal imbalance, so you should wait and watch for her menses.
As she took i pill with in time frame of 72 hrs.the chances of pregnancy are very low.
So just wait and watch for her menses.these cramps and white discharge could be due to side effect of I pill.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Within 7-10 days.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
You should wait for at least 7-10 days for her menses.
You should go for a home urine pregnancy test after 7 days of her missed period date, though the chances of pregnancy are not there in her case.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
