Question: I was suppose to go back to go get my third depo shot on December 16th and now I am a week late and today on December 24th I had unprotected sex could pregnancy be possible?

Thanks for your query to HCM,
If your menses has not resumed after the second shot as yet then that implies that fresh cycle has not started and ovulation has not occurred and in that regards pregnancy is not possible. However it is recommended that you should undergo a serum beta hcg test after 7 days to conclusively rule out pregnancy.
Also an ultrasound pelvis would be required to see the state of ovaries and if there is any corpus luteum present or not for that shall indicate a possible ovulation during last 7 days.
