                                            Question : Hello,
I have been trying to conceive after my miscarriage in January and have been tracking my ovulation. I have been using Clearblue ovulation monitor and normal ovulation sticks. My period was on April 11th-16th. During the past 5 days my Clearblue ovulation monitor has been showing a high fertility however it has never reached peak like the previous months and this morning it went from the high fertility of yesterdays to low fertility. On the other hand my normal ovulation sticks show the first line almost darker/ same color as the control. Am i ovulating or is there a chance i might have already ovulated without a peak reading?
Also, If I have intercourse the night before ovulation, what are my chances of conceiving?

                                    Brief Answer:
Quite chance of pregnancy. Keep tracking.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Welcome back again. Thanks for updated information.
1) Ovulation occurs approx 14 days prior to next due date. If your monthly cycle varies from 28-30 days, then you will ovulate around 25th-27th April as per last period date (11th April).
2) You should continue to track another 3-5 days to check the pattern or peak through Clear blue ovulation monitor. Do unprotected sex regularly throughout the fertile period to maximize your chance of pregnancy.
3) Ovum can survive 12-24 hrs after ovulation and sperm can live for 48-72 hrs inside female genital tract. Therefore, you have quite chance of pregnancy if you did intercourse the night before ovulation.
