Question : Hi, I am a 33 year old relatively healthy female. My last period started April 24th and my cycles are normally 30 days. However, over the past year they have been a little whacky coming every two weeks a couple of times. I had unprotected sex on May 6th and I am so worried about the possibility of pregnancy. I've been feeling like PMS is starting. What do you think my chances are to have conceived on that date from one time? I am very worried. I took 7 opk's starting 2 days after intercourse and all were negative. Today I have had a lot of my normal PMS symptoms. Cramps and slightly tender breasts. I'm so nervous. I can't even rest. I don't know what I will do if I am pregnant.
Also, he is 44 and has erectile dysfunction. He is treated with medication. He also has high bp and cholesterol. Which he also takes medication for.

Brief Answer:
There are chances of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns.
Seeing your dates of periods there are possibilities of pregnancy. It is early for opk to show positive for pregnancy.
I suggest you do serum beta hCG blood test after a week to confirm pregnancy status.
As of now nothing can be done as it is late for emergency contraceptive pills.
Let your partner get detailed evaluation like blood sugar levels and blood pressure levels checked to identify if there is any health concerns leading to ED.
let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards

I am talking about ovulation predictor kit when I say OPK. I started testing with those to check for ovulation 2 days after intercourse and all were negative.
Brief Answer:
OPK not always reliable
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
OPK are not always reliable. Moreover it is positive about 36 hours before ovulation. Ovulation process could be over when you tested after 2 days of Intercourse.
